    is it ok do traps workout everday wen lifting or do u hav to let it rest? wats da best traps workout for fast results?

    You have to let it rest.

    Only trap work I really do is deadlift on my...well...deadlift day. They've come a long way, though. I didn't realize how much my traps have grown until a few days ago when someone who hadn't seen me in a while told me and when I saw a picture that was taken of me at the beach yesterday.
