(sry 4 common quetion) can you guys help me pick a protein supp and creatine supp?

im 19yrs old, 5' 11" and just aboout 170lbs. but an unimpressive 170. i went to gnc and they reccomended weight gainer, not sure about that..not sure i trust gnc. but i tried gold standard 100% whey maybe a year ago and then i stopped, results were ok but my results always plateaued when i bulked with it. im tryin to get back on the horse now, id appreciate it if you told me which one you think is the best, which one gives bang for buck, and just some good old fashioned advice. again i kno its so common, but ive been researching for days and i feel like im wasting valuable time. thanks guys

sounds like you might have a problem with diet and training. look for a program to follow.

i think my biggest problem is the muscle confusion part. i usually do the same workout every week. im gunna try and change that this time around but im trying to bulk using a home gym so it might be hard.
