i used to be a really lean guy 2 years back...and so i started body building.the areas on which i worked was my upper body.i went to the gym for abt 3 months and then i left it sinc i got buzy and then later on after leaving the gym i realised the i am gaining weight on the wrong areas...like my belly started bulging out...my ass has become huge and so have my thyes(upper legs)...
now my upper body does not match with the lower body...and i look like a duck from the back as u can see the pictures...i have not been going to any gym now for a pretty long time...as the gym is responsible for this body of mine.......i have to lose weight from these particular areas....HELP NEEDED!!!
