Hi, I'm going to be going on an Epistane pulse cycle right away. Here's how it looks:
Week 1 10mg - 20mg - 30mg
Week 2 40mg - 40mg - 40mg
Week 3 Off
Week 4 10mg - 20mg - 30mg
Week 5 40mg - 40mg - 40mg
Week 6 Off
Is this an okay cycle? Is there a better cycle? I have Milk Thistle, should I be using it during the cycle or afterwards or not at all?
Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

Well the main idea for a pulse cycle is to eliminate side effects and a PCT isn't necessary apparently. But I would probably use Nolva.

Use clomid for pct, as epi is already a strong anti estrogen.
