    If protein is broken down into amino acids...

    Then why not just have a BCAA drink pwo instead of protein? Wouldn't that be the most efficient muscle building option since it does not need to be broken down as much?

    A shake usually has more stats than just protein....After w/o you need carbs too~ I would have the killer munchies if I only drank BCAAS afterward. I sip on Xtend during my w/o though.
