I am aiming for a physique like Jamie Dornan. For those of you not familiar with him, give him a quick google. Hes the current face of Calvin Klein and is in all those ads with Eva Mendes.

True, but the content of the copied text is just plain wrong. Heavy squatting most certainly does not make your legs "out of proportion" in comparison to the rest of your body, unless they're all you do. The article essentially suggests that squatting should be removed in order to facilitate physique improvement! I just can't wrap my head around such utter silliness.

This guy has great genetics to look like that (no I am NOT saying he is big) with that type of workout. He curls 20lbs for sets of 10-12 for christ sake. I had those numbers when I was 2 months into training and I didn't look like that.
I understand where you are coming from: you want to be lean and have some muscle. However, this "routine" is far from what is going to put muscle on you unless you have good genetics or some gear. Hell diet isn't even mentioned.
