    Jamie Dornan Workout

I am aiming for a physique like Jamie Dornan. For those of you not familiar with him, give him a quick google. Hes the current face of Calvin Klein and is in all those ads with Eva Mendes.

I found the following information on him.

    ww.zimbio.com/Jamie+Dornan/articles/7bOjK6CmRx3/Jamie+Dornan+Workout+Calvin+Klein+Model/

can you guys critique his workouts. do you think he is obmitting anything, or mabey hes just blessed with good genes like he says. anyway would like to hear you opinions

    cheers

I nearly spat burning coffee onto my monitor when I read this. I've never read something so utterly ridiculous in my life. Do not emulate this tool in any way.

True, but the content of the copied text is just plain wrong. Heavy squatting most certainly does not make your legs "out of proportion" in comparison to the rest of your body, unless they're all you do. The article essentially suggests that squatting should be removed in order to facilitate physique improvement! I just can't wrap my head around such utter silliness.

I understand where you are coming from: you want to be lean and have some muscle. However, this "routine" is far from what is going to put muscle on you unless you have good genetics or some gear. Hell diet isn't even mentioned.
