What's up guys? For those that don't know me, I'm Aggression both here and at the Animal Forum, the FORVM. I just came off a little revamp using Animal Cuts. I dropped from 212-200lbs as I trimmed a little BF away. Now its time to slap on some lean mass. I'll be rocking the Animal Test for 6 weeks. To be a guinea pig, I'll be using TWO packs per day for 6 straight weeks. I've talked to a few guys who've done similar cycles and they've all had legit gains. The extra AA in Test should be very beneficial.
Stats:
Height: 5'10''
Weight: 204.4lbs
Dose:
1st pack: w/ meal 1 @ 6:30am
2nd pack: w/ preWO meal @ 4pm
Other Supplements:
SportPharma Multi-V
SportPharma Beta Alanine
Animal Omega (will take with last meal, at 10pm to avoid conflict w/ AA)
Animal Nitro
Universal EAA and BCAA Stack
Universal Glutamine
Universal EAA Nitro
Universal Shock Therapy
Universal Torrent
Everything else is consistent, so anything coming ahead will be from Animal Test and the diet. Today is day 3. So far, nothing crazy to report. I've hit Back/Biceps and then Chest so far. Yesterday/today are off days and legs are on the menu for tomorrow night, followed by shoulders/triceps on Friday.
Any questions/comments? Feel free.
I'll be posting my thoughts, results, outcomes, etc. My actual workout log is linked in my signature, however if anything crazy happens in the gym, PR-wise and such, I'll be sure to post 'em here.

Thanks, brother. PRs will be nice, however I'm all about adding quality mass, first and foremost.
Yup. Gotta up the ante every now and then! I ran it one for 6 weeks at 1 pack/day and gained 10lbs. So we'll see what happens here. A gain of 10-15lbs would legit, as I'm keeping my diet extremely clean.

Hitting legs tonight and then shoulders tomorrow. Feelin good. Nothing to report yet, as its only been 4.5 day's worth of dosing. Last time I ran Test, I noticed that 'alpha' feeling in the gym toward the end of the first week. Let's see if history repeats itself here ..

Hit legs tonight. I hit up hack squats and hit a PR with 4 plates per side for 8 reps. First PR while on Animal Test and its only been 5 days thus far. Felt great in the gym, but nothing too out of the ordinary, but it was one of the most pump-inducing workouts I've ever had with legs. They were so full of blood, I couldn't walk without bracing myself, and I had trouble getting out of the leg extension machine. niCe.
Shoulders, triceps, calves, and abs tonight. Bring the pain.Best Meet Lifts:

You are correct.
Right now, here is my diet. I've slowly started adding in more dense foods as well as more carbs after coming off my diet. As time goes on, I'll be adding foods and making updates. Here's what it has been lately:
meal 1: 3 whole eggs, 4oz steak, 1c oats, 8oz OJ
meal 2: 8oz chicken, 1oz dry roasted peanuts
meal 3: 8oz steak, 4oz baked potato, 4oz asparagus
meal 4: 8oz chicken, 4oz baked potato, 1oz nuts
meal 5: postWO - Torrent
meal 6: 8oz protein, 4oz asparagus
*on leg/back days, I'll add in some carbs to meal 6. Last night it was 4oz pasta.
Based on how I feel/look, I'll add in carbs once again to meal 2 next week.Best Meet Lifts:

Looks good man.... I was going to take a look at AA, as I've heard from others on how good it is. I've had great success with M-Stak, Pump, etc..so no reason why this wouldn't kick ass too.. I'll be watching here for the 2x a day results for sure..
And that is a sick diet man... hell, even I could follow that and the pickiest damn eater I know.....i remain, he who remains to be...

Great stuff Aggression! I did a run of Test with Extra AA, similar to B Con. I'll be in here for sure, hit it hard.

Right on. I ran a 6 week of AT about a year about, so I'm doubling up this time to see if its any better.
niCe. Train insane!
No clue man. I've never been one to count protein/carb/overall calories. I just eat based on feeling. If a week goes by and no weight gain, then I add an extra ounce of protein to each meal. Within 7-10 days, I'll be up a pound or two. That's as complicated as I get. I have a small food scale to measure all foods, and it makes it very easy to 'add an extra ounce'.Best Meet Lifts:

Its been 9 full days of being on Test w/ 2 packs per day.
So far, nothing drastic in terms of increased strength in the gym, although that should be changing as the rest of this week progresses. During the last time I ran Test, it seemed to be right in the middle of week 2 when the strength started jacking up.
My arms seem to look a little fuller. My biceps need more thickness, so I've been hitting exercises that really force me to concentrate of the squeeze as opposed to just hurling up the weight. So far, so good; 2 consecutive workouts with sore biceps that followed. Good things.
Going to weigh in tomorrow to gauge progress. I should be a pound or two up from 204. As far as other effects, I'm definitely feeling 'good' in the gym. The muscles just seem to be pumping a little easier now. That feeling of just being a 'beast' in the gym is evident, and I like it.Best Meet Lifts:

I can't wait man. Tonight's workout should be interesting, for sure.
Getting small, weak, frail, and lazy.
Thanks, G. You forged a path. I'm just trying to get me some room on the road.
Yup. I'm hoping a double-dose of AA will be even more beneficial.

Update
12 days into cycle, feeling great. I hit shoulders and triceps last night with a buddy of mine at his gym, World Gym in Dunellen, NJ. I think I may be making a switch to this place. Its LEGIT.
We did standing shoulder presses first. I haven't done these in about 8 weeks b/c I had tweaked my shoulder real bad back then and stayed away from them until this point. A few quick warmups and I ended up hitting 185 for 5-6 reps in 2 sets, which surprised the sh!t out of me. I don't think I've ever that that weight for that many reps. Standing BB Presses are one of those exercises where you need to be consistent with them in order to stay strong. Whenever i took a few weeks off, my strength always suffered. Not last night.
We rolled into db presses afterward and I pumped out 80s for 9. Not bad for a second exercise that followed standing bb presses. The exercises all seem real fluid, despite heavy weight.
Damn I love Animal Test. Less than 2 full weeks into it, and its hardcore.Best Meet Lifts:

+1 for 185 man!! Damn that's a heavy weight! I hear ya on staying consistent with the standing press though.. Take a couple weeks off and the weight always seems to drop for me as well.. and hell, I've been out of the gym on injury for almost 2 months.. I wonder how bad it will be August 1st when I finally damn return to SFW..

And its only gonna go up, son!
Exactly. I took off a few weeks and then hit a PR going back! I attribute that to the Animal Test and nothing else. This stuff is the real deal, for sure.
Good luck when you make your return, bro.
