As a full time college student who works 25 hours a week, and works out/runs about 2 hours a day, there are those days where I can't find it in me to wake up at 6:30 to prepare my lunch/snacks/dinner... Please note that I am not advocating eating fast food. I am just making this in order for people to see what some healthier fast food options are + to learn myself
The following are some of my favorite choices:
Chipotle: Chicken Burrito Bowl -
Light Rice, Black Beans, Extra Chicken, Extra Tomato Salsa (For Flavor), Guacomole. No Cheese, No Sour Cream.
Calories: 820
Total Fat: 31g with Guac, 18g without (Remember, Avocados are a great source of fat and they promote testosterone production)
Saturated Fat: 6g
Sodium: 1665mg
Carbohydrates: 56g
Protein: 73g
Fiber: 17g
Subway: Footlong Oven Roasted Chicken Breast
Honey Oat Bread, Double Meat, Toasted, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Light Honey Mustard (For Flavor)
Calories: 760
Total Fat: 11g
Saturated Fat:4g
Sodium: 1955mg
Carbohydrates: 98g <--- What I tend to do is rip off the thicker half of the bread and use a napkin as a bread replacement so my hands dont get dirty. This brings the carb count to around 50g
Protein: 92g
Fiber: N/A
