    Gainin Mass with M-Stak

    21 DAY ANIMAL M-STAK LOG

    BACKGROUND

I'm 18 years old, been lifting consistently for about 8 months now with lots of on/off workin out before that. I really love it, and I've been constantly reading up on nutrition and then supplements for the past couple of months. On my last bb.com order I decided to give Animal M-Stak a try after trying out Animal Pak.

    Height: 5'9''
    Weight:162.6 lbs
    Body fat %: 12.5%

(Body fat and weight are being taken with a Tanita scale. Bodyfat % might be off what I actually am, but it is consistent which is the important part)

    CURRENT SUPPS

    CL Orange Triad
    CL Orange Oximega
Gaspari Sizeon (V1 and almost finished)
    XF Ultra Peptide Whey
    XF ULtra Peptide 2.0
    ANIMAL M-STAK!

I'll be taking the m-stak 30 min pre-workout. Lookin for weight gain with minimal gain in bodyfat %

    DIET

I'm aiming for around 3100 calories a day. 30-35% protein, 40-45% protein, and 25-30% fat. Just started a job so it's gonna be more difficult to space everything around well.

    BEFORE PICS

    apologize for bad posing haha

M-stak is a bomb product, brother. I'm definitely subb'ed in for some results. My only advise is this: EAT! Its a nutrition partitioning product, so it will only work if you're supplying your body with enough calories to grow. Get rockin'!

Sounds like what you should do regardless of taking m-stak or not...I think any of those type of products are just a waste of money =/

Don't knock it until you try it. Yes, you should be eating more to grow. The reason I really stress it here is b/c there are plenty of people who knock M-stak for not being effective. They complain they didn't gain any weight off of it. As you said, you're suppose to be gaining weight on your own, so if you can't do that, then how would M-stak help? BUT, M-stak helps redirect those gains directly towards your muscles. Without using it, I can gain solid, muscular weight. When on it, I notice the gains are a bit more plentiful and my muscles become fuller/harder, and I even tend to look leaner.

Well I decided to give it a try and see what happens. That's the point of this log. Took my first serving yesterday. Left the stim pill out, because it was an off day. First workout with it will be in a couple of hours.

i started to take stim pill with SP250 after i adjusted. and tbh, i just got off M-stak (started a log for e & t bol), and M-stak was absolutely astounding. went from benching 175x10 difficult to 215x12 with same difficulty after 3 weeks.

^^^Nice! Hopefully I'll get some good results too.

    WORKOUT: BACK

    Deadlifts- 225x9 225x8 245x6

    Bent Over BB Rows- 135x10 155x8 155x7

T-Bar Rows 90x10 (Wide Grip) 135x10 (Close Grip) 135x10 (Close Grip)

    Lat Pulldowns 150x8 160x8 120x12

    Effects/Thoughts

Didn't expect to be feeling anything effects or see any differences from the m-stak yet obviously. The stim pill did seem to give me a nice little boost to energy though. Workout felt great all around can't wait to see how the rest of the three weeks goes.

    Diet
Over 3100 calories with about 220 g of protein. Stayed clean.

In for this. Your lifts and bf% are where I'd like to in the near(er) future, so to say that I'm interested in this run is a bit of an understatement.

Thanks man glad you're along for the ride.

    WORKOUT: SHOULDERS/TRAPS

    Seated Military Press- 135x10 145x10 145x7

Smith Upright Rows- 70x10 (plus bar weight) 70x10 90x9

    BB Front Raises- 40'sx8 40'sx8 40'sx6

    Machine Side Raises- 60x10 70x9 70x9

    BB Shrugs- 185x12 205x10 205x10

Threw in a couple of sets of weighted abs at the end

    Effects/Thoughts

Felt really tired from work today so I took a Black Cats along with the M-Stak. Felt pretty good but not overpowering. Definitely happy about how my Military Press is coming along. A few months ago 135x5 was my max. I feel like my muscles are staying fuller for longer throughout the day but who knows that could be placebo effect. Will re-take body fat% and weight in a couple more days.

    Diet

Still need about 1000 calories before bed, because work threw me off today. But I'm sittin at 185 g of protein so far and I'll have no problem hittin those 3100-3200 calories before sleep. Very motivated to eat to fuel that m-stak haha.

niCe work. One of the effects I've always noticed with M-stak is increased fullness.

If I find some serious results that I'm enjoying, I'll definitely consider picking up a second can.

    WORKOUT: LEGS

This was my workout from last night.

Squats- 135x10 205x10 225x8 245x6 (I basically reset my squat numbers three months ago, because I just wasn't getting parallel. very excited to be getting back up there with great form).

    Leg Press- 270x12 360x10 430x8

    Leg Extension- 200x12 240x10

    Leg Curls- 140x10 140x10

    Calf Raise Machine- 240x10 240x10 240x6

Leg Press Calf Raises- 360x20 380x15

    Effects/Thoughts

Waking up this morning, I can tell you that I am surprisingly not very sore. It may set in later, but the chest and arm days I did before m-stak left me sore for two days at least. With m-stak, my back DOMS is completely gone after one day and legs feel pretty alright. And I hammered my legs last night. M-stak may be giving some nice increased recovery. I'll be keepin an eye on it.

Today and Sunday will be off days, can't wait for Monday.

    Diet

Hit 3300 calories today with 267g of protein haha. Might have overdone the protein, but hey gotta get those nutrients in if M-stak is gonna do its "nutrient partitioning". Still learning how to eat around 9 hour work days with no lunch break.

Back from the beach. Two days of rest felt good. Side note, there was a national guard testing thing on the boardwalk and I got a free national guard visor for doing 71 pushups which is 100% for their 17-21 bracket =)

    WORKOUT: ARMS

    BB Curls- 95x7 90x8 90x7

    Hammer Curls- 37.5'sx9 37.5'sx10 40'sx6

    Tri Cable Pushdowns- 80x9 80x8 80x7

    Cable Kickbacks- 20x10 25x7 25x6

    Cable Curls- 65x15 85x12 90x12

    BW Dips- 3x15

    Effects/Thoughts

Good workout, had a great pump in my arms. I've been doing high volume workouts with my arms sometimes twice a week, because previously they were stalled for quite awhile. Working out great so far.

Cheated a little at the beach with my diet, but I still look lean and bf % has stayed down. I also seem hungrier than usual. Don't know if that could possibly be the M-stak or not.

    Diet
Like I said, the beach and 4th of July called, so there was a little cheating. But protein intake stayed high. Today I'm back on track to hitting the 3300 calorie mark.

^^^Don't worry I am. I've been eating grilled chicken and turkey like there's no tomorrow.

I got a little lazy and skipped posting yesterday so here it is

    WORKOUT: CHEST

    Bench Press- 135x10 185x10 200x7.5 205x5.5

    Incline Dumbbell Bench- 65x9 70x5 60x9

    Cable Crossovers- 50x12 60x12 70x12

    Total Chest Machine- 20x10 30x7 30x7

    Pushups- BWx20 BWx18 BWx20

    Effects/Thoughts

Satisfying chest workout. Didn't go up as much in bench as I thought I would but that's ok. Need to eat moar!! Felt focused during the workout. Definitely noticing the leaner and fuller look off of m-stak. Even family members/friends have commented on it.

    Diet
Pretty spot on today. Got up to 3300 calories with 35% protein. Felt good.

    And here's todays workout.

    WORKOUT:BACK

    Deadlifts- 135x10 225x10 245x10 275x5
(last set was eh on last few reps. But I was really pushing myself)

    DB Reverse Flys- 50'sx12 55'sx10 55'sx10

    Lat Pulldown- 150x10 160x10 160x8

    W.G. T-Bar Rows- 90x12 125x10 125x10

    Effects/Thoughts

First repeat of a muscle group since taking m-stak. Very impressed with today. My deadlift really felt better. Much more weight and much more control. The last set was messy but regardless still a great improvement. This is only my third or fourth week of deads so I've been going up pretty quickly

Also even lat pulldowns felt muchh better. Better range of motion and upping the weight.

    WEIGHT: 166.6
    BF %: 10.1

Wow. I did take this measurement a little later in the day than my first measurement. Tomorrow I'll take one at the same time as last week's. But you really can't argue with gaining weight and dropping body fat. Guess m-stak's startin to do it's thing!

    Diet

Diet's staying good day. On track for 3200 calories with 200g of protein already down. Gotta eat sleep workout. And work. I hate that work gets in the way of lifting haha.

Had a shoulder workout yesterday that I had no time to log along with a quick leg session early this morning before hittin the beach.

    WORKOUT: SHOULDERS/TRAPS

DB Shoulder Press- 50'sx10 55'sx10 60'sx8 (new PR)

    Cable Front Raises- 45x12 50x12 60x10

DB Seated Rear Delt- 27.5'sx10 (new PR) 27.5'sx8 27.5'sx8

    Smith Upright Rows- 80x8 80x8 90x7

    BB Shrugs- 205x10 205x10 225x10 (new PR)

    WORKOUT: LEGS

Went with my friend today who wanted to use this weird heavy bar for squats. It has two prongs that rest on either side of your neck. Felt like it must have been at least 65-75 pounds.

BB Squats- 135x10 205x8 225x6 (these felt extremely heavy due to different bar making each lift at least 20-30 pounds heavier than normal)

    Leg Press- 270x15 360x12 450x10

    Leg Press Calf Raises- 360x25 360x20 360x16

    Leg Extensions- 240x10 240x10 240x10

    Leg Curl- 150x10 150x10 150x10

    Effects/Thoughts

I feel great. Definitely putting on some nice lean weight. I really do look fuller and I'm loving it. Every workout is going extremely well.

    Diet

Yesterday diet was great. Today, eh not so much. I've gotta learn to pack more food for the beach.

    WORKOUT: ARMS

    BB Curls- 80x10 90x10 100x6

    BB Drag Curls- 70x10 80x11 85x10

    Tricep Pressdowns- 50x10 60x9 60x10

    Tricep Extension- 45x12 55x12 65x12

    EZ Curls- 45x25 45x20

    Diamond Pushups- BWx25 BWx25

    Effects/Thoughts

Well I had work from 8-5 today and the gym closed early. So I had to take things to my friend's basement. None of the weights can really be compared to my previous workouts, because the bars are all slightly different weights. Ripped through the workout and felt great.

I am very impressed with m-stak at the moment, because my diet was definitely off yesterday and I still look lean and haven't lost weight. Feeling and looking better + solid gains in weight= very happy so far.

    Diet

Like I said yesterday's diet was no good. Too many fats and not enough calories. I'm back on track today at least with plenty of protein and calories.

    Got a little lazy, here's yesterday's workout.

    WORKOUT: BACK

Deadlifts- 135x10 175x10 195x8 225x7 (went much lighter than normal to work on form)

    Lat Pulldowns- 160x10 160x9 170x6

    DB Reverse Flys- 55'sx10 55'sx10 60'sx8

    Seated CG Cable Rows- 130x12 150x10 160x10

    W.G. Pullups- BWx7 BWx8 BWx7

    Effects/Thoughts

Felt gooood this workout. Lat pulldowns have been goin up every week. Lighter weight on the deadlifts was definitely a good idea.
Important note about m-stak I've noticed... recovery is fantastic on it. Soreness is way down and I just feel great despite working out 5-6 days a week.

    Diet

Nothin' much to report. Hittin' all my targets and gettin 3200 calories.

    TODAY'S WORKOUT

    WORKOUT: ARMS

    BB Curls- 90x8 95x6 95x6

    BB Drag Curls- 80x10 80x8 80x8

    Tricep Rope Pressdowns- 80x10 85x8 85x8

C.G. Bench- 95x12 115x15 135x10 (haven't done these in months so I had no idea what weight to try)

    Bicep Machine- 55x10 55x9 55x10

    Dips- 25x10 25x10 25x10

    Effects/Thoughts

Checked my weight this afternoon. 167.2!!!! And lookin' just as lean as ever. I am LOVING THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!

    Diet

Diet is still good. Work is startin to actually help me keep a great diet because I'm eating the same healthy things everyday in a routine.

Thanks man. Been workin pretty hard.

I've gotten a little lazy lately. Haven't posted the last few workouts so I'll skip some of the details and give you a general update.

    WORKOUTS

Arms- Not as focused as some of my past workouts have been. Everyone has an off day. But I did do some Close Grip Bench for the first time in a long time. Puttin up 135x10 felt good man.

Shoulders/Traps- My seated Military Press is just unstoppable right now. Got up to 155X5 on my third set!!!!! Two months ago or so my max was 135x5 fresh.

Legs- My squat form has really come a long way. 245x8. Another PR for me. Knockin down PRS all week. Lovin it.

    Effects/Thoughts

I know it's a little late at night... but...

WEIGHT- 167 pounds!!! I have never weighed this much. and the best part is...

BF %- 9.2%... I think my scale underestimates by at least 2% but it is consistent. I have done nothing but gain weight and lean out. Hell yea for M-Stak.
