Hey guys, my transformation is epic or anything, but I think it's pretty good and I thought I'd share it with you guys.
Before: 160 lbs, 5'6, BF% ??
Now: 154 lbs, 5'10, BF ??(13?)
I only started training seriously one month ago, and dieting as well.
However, my eating habits changed over the years.
In the before picture, I used to eat 2 double cheeseburgers, 6 chicken mcnuggets, 1 oreo mcflurry and 1 yogurt parfait. That was daily too.
