I can't believe this thread had the legs to go 6 pages...we get one of these every week it seems.
I still think the final word is that GNC Sales Associates get paid $7.02/hr. If you can contribute anything that's worth a **** to society in terms of human capital or knowledge base, you are not going to work for $7.02.
The GNC model works as a business and meets demand. Hate all you want, but the consumer votes with his dollar.
By the way, GNC makes its money in its efficiency in logistics and distribution, not gross margin on retail products sold. Imagine if they went out and hired the Dr. P's, Patrick Arnold's, or even the neuron's and nohype's of the world for what their time is worth...the price of their product would be outlandish.
Be realistic here. Son of Samhain, you a good guy, but you are a shmuck to think a non-education backed knowledge base about bodybuilding supplements truly adds value to any business. Bottom line, there is no incentive for a business to hire someone for that position for more than $7.02. Therefore, there is no incentive for the labor force to produce worthwhile employees either. Hence your problem.

Hi, I am having a hard time with all these brightly colored jars of powder on the shelves. I want something I can take before my workout. There is a startling-looking black and yellow jar called Ravage and a pretty black and red jar called GNC Pro Performance® AMP Amplified Maxertion N.O.™ Advanced.
My question is, which one will give me the most diarrhea for my dollar??Personal Workout Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=164673411
