Right now I'm doing a circuit of Side bends with 45 pds. 15 reps each, 3 times. Crunches 30, 3 sets, and side-side-middle crunches 30, 3 sets. Any recommendations? I am also doing 30 mins of cardio before all of my workouts during the week.
