    what is 10-1 reps mean

    i read the new muscle and fitness mag, and it has an arm workout that has 10-1 reps. with drops sets can someone explain this??? never seen it before.

    That's a lot of sets for a max effort 1 rep. Maybe you should go back and look for context clues OP.

    He mentioned drop sets. So that is probably why it is 10-1 reps.

    However, I think OP needs to read the magazine again, and provide a more concise description for us to say anything more.


    I doubt ANY magazine, or semi-logical workout would have someone do 10 sets of 1 reps on arm exercises.
