    Clean Bulk

    I have been trying to clean bulk for a while and i have not gained any weight.
    I get about 2500 calories
    324g of carbs
    67g of fat
    178g of protein

    I want to add more calories, but i think im getting enough carbs cause they seem kind of high. So which should i add more of? fats or proteins?

    First, you should be having more total calories. Bump it up to 2,800. Next, you should be taking in more protein to build some muscle. I would take in at 200 given your size.
    Bump your fat up to 75g and keep your carbs about the same.
