    How to get shredded, well defined quads?

    I have naturally big quads but they are lacking definition at the moment. What's the best way to train them to get them shredded and get more definition out of them? More squats with lighter weight and high reps, e.g. Steve Reeves method (1/2 body weight and work up to 100 reps)? My BF% is low enough to see abs and adonis belt. I'm training at home and don't have access to a leg extension machine. I also do cardio regularly on a stationary bike. Thanks!
