Up to 450F.
Im assuming you mean 220C, because I dont think you can toast anything at 220F.
And yes, i usually cook chicken at 375F (190C).
Main tip to prevent drying of the meat is to cover it with aluminum foil, and only open the foil 10mins prior to the end of cooking. Also, dont pick a very dry meat (breastmeat). When all that says 'it is good' has been debunked, what says 'I want' remains.

Make a tomato-rich vegetable soup with carrots, onions, celery, peppers, garlic, olive oil, veggie stock or chicken stock and put it in the fridge. When you want some tilapia, defrost a fillet or two, cube them up, and add them to a portion of simmering soup, cooking until fish is done. Finish with lime and sri racha.
Those frozen tilapia fillets you bought are probably soaked in sodium tripolyphosphate, often listed on the ingredients list as just "salt." It causes the fillets to retain moisture, but all that moisture starts to leak out when you cook it, making it impossible to properly sear the stuff. So just use it in soups, or maybe steam it.
Next time you're buying frozen fish, pick up some farm-raised (US sourced) catfish and make some ceviche.Heterologously Vaccinated Superior Race Crew
