    Can I eat pasta while cutting?

    I like pasta because its a cheap carb source, but is it an okay one for trying to shave off fat? Or should I opt for whole grains or is normal pasta okay

    Whole grain pasta is pennies more than white pasta. So go for the whole grain if you can. It's not gonna make a HUGE difference, but little differences do add up.

    i rather have whole wheat cause it fills you with just a bit, compare to white pasta. I am still cutting and yes i eat whole wheat pasta. It just all about portion control

    this, amybe make it a meal 1-2 hours before so you have some carbs preworkout.
