    Is Insanity a type of HIIT?

    Just wondering if Insanity workouts are a type of HIIT? They call it Max Interval training and it looks pretty interesting.

    I have a 6 pack that shows but still seem to have that lower fat below my belly button. Hoping this will burn it off.

    From what I have seen of insanity, it is a mixture of things like HIIT and ciruit training. Give it a shot. I know people who have gotten results from it. Just remember, its all about your diet. Especially when you get to a low bodyfat percentage.

    Yes, it's HIIT. I haven't done all of the workouts, but the ones like the plyo/cardio routine definitely are.
