Advice for my Bikini Competition Workout Regimen

    Hey
I am new to bodybuilding and I really want to compete in a Bikini contest next year. I am currently dieting down and I think my diet is on point ( losing about 1-2 lbs a week). However, I am not quite sure about my workout .. .I have a blue print but I am not 100% about which exercises (especially upper body) I should be doing (how many reps and sets? Should I be lifting heavy or light?). Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Thanks- MissBelle 331
