For those of you that dont know us- this thread was opened via request from the contestants of the current ****Official "OBF" 2010 SPECTACULAR SPRING CONTEST**** so we not only can continue to support each other as our challenge comes to an end in the Ofiicial OBF Thread, but also so we can encourage others as well. We are a STRONG WILLED group of people that started and finished a 16 week competition. We hope that you will find the hope and encouragement with us that you need to meet your goals.

Thank you and I see that part of your signature is a Rocky Balboa quote. Its my favorite. When I was very frustrated and wanted to quit a couple yrs ago, a friend stepped in and encouraged me. His screen name is TheNormalMan- and he posted that R. Balboa to me and I used it as a signature for a LONG time.

haha then I discovered the bb.com forums, learned about bulking/cutting, etc. and the rest is history......

NoOoOoOo, our competition with the OBF is almost over now. We are in the last week of it posting our before and after pictures. You can view them at the link I gave you. More pictures will be posted until the 3rd of July.

Since that contest is almost over, we wanted to stay in touch with each other, so we opened this thread. I assume there will be more trafficking in here one the OBF is officially ended.

EVERYBODY is welcome, even you. This is is just a motivational thread.

Hey Tropix and fellow OBFers!

Its been a fun journey so far and down almost 40 lbs since we started the OBF (50 since start of the year).

Once I post my final pics next week for the OBF those will be my starting pics for this new thread.

Figure I'm close to 20% BF now. Goal is to continue to 10-12% then start a nice long recomp to add muscle while staying lean. Probably another 15-20 lbs to go to reach the first goal.
