    I work out at home, so at the moment my main shoulder exercise is weighted handstand push ups. Although I also feel my shoulders during my pull/chin ups as well as my single arm push ups.

    No isolations, but a lot of bodyweight or bodyweight + extra compound exercises (dips, chin ups, pullups, pull-throughs, hanging wipers, 1 arm pushups).

    Not for everyone, but it helped me get to a point where my arms are lagging behind my shoulders.

    Anything that puts a lot of weight on your shoulders in multiple planes will build them up nicely.

    Just discovered doing behind the neck. Bad for your neck, but mine is already screwed up, and they hit my shoulders GREAT

    Chiropractor. ER had taken Xrays and a couple months later I went to the chiropractor, who reviewed those xrays with me, showing what had happened to my neck. Became like this | instead of (

    i like to hit all angles of the deltoid, so i start with military press, then move onto lateral raise, posterior deltoid raise, front raises, and then end it with some shrugs to hit the traps

    Presses are a mainstay (seated and standing db and bb) but I like to superset them with lateral and rear raises. I don't do much direct work for my fronts. They get it from all my pressing and flyes.
