I work out at home, so at the moment my main shoulder exercise is weighted handstand push ups. Although I also feel my shoulders during my pull/chin ups as well as my single arm push ups.

No isolations, but a lot of bodyweight or bodyweight + extra compound exercises (dips, chin ups, pullups, pull-throughs, hanging wipers, 1 arm pushups).
Not for everyone, but it helped me get to a point where my arms are lagging behind my shoulders.
Anything that puts a lot of weight on your shoulders in multiple planes will build them up nicely.
