    Cool Heel Question

    I have started running again after years of not running. I have been doing fine for 3 months, then I wake up one morning with pain around my arch. I got the orthotics (cheap from store) and that fixed the pain for about 2 weeks. So now when I run I have pain for about 3 days before I can run again. does not hurt to bike, but just when I walk/run. The pain is more towards the heel of the right foot.
