So this summer im doing a 3-day a week football training program with a trainer. Becuase its aimed at football, we dont work arms directly because honestly big bi's arent going to get you TD's.
This being said it is summer time, and who doesnt like showing of the guns. I dont want to have a big chest/back.shoulders with little twigy arms now do i.
Since i workout....
monday( Agility, lower body lifting), wednesday( linear speed, upper body lifting), friday(conditioning day, sled pulls/ pushes,sprints, tire flips etc...)
I plan to have an arm day on sunday, so it doesnt interfere with my other lifting. On this day is it ok for me to work biceps and forearms together?
