    Around the house items.

Hey guys, any ideas on items around the house or items I could buy relatively cheaply to use as a bench or squat rack?

Squat stands can be made fairly easily. I dont necessarily recommend this though....

I understand where you're coming from, but this combination just spells trouble.
    No brain, no gain.

    You can't out-train bad nutrition.

Yeh, I agree. I really only needa bench, I'm sure I can find something. For a bench I just need something that can support mine + the barbell's weight and allows for my arms to go back right?

just find a sturdy basic bench on craislist. Do you really want to end up pinned to the floor under a barbell after some mickey mouse **** collapses?
