im seriously surprised i didnt get fat as fuk....i was an idiot and bulked on like 6.5k cals a day for a while and still managed to have 4 visible abs by the end of it all.

there is nothing special about your metabolism, you just eat like a little girl hence you stay super lean year round
it's especially funny to me how many of you guys think you are eating a lot when "a lot" to most of you is like a quarter pound burger (which is like a breathmint to those of us with a real appetite)

I have half a dozen friends who say the exact same sh!t i'm reading in this thread
Ive spent a day with all of them and they all eat absolutely nothing
standard daily meal plan for an ectomorph
- burger and fries at mcdonalds
- some crackers
- some skittles
total calories: around 2000
complaining that you can't gain weight when you eat like a girl: priceless
