BUT- once Ecto's gain mass we looked ripped
I started @ 137 LBS : 11.5" Bi's, 36" Chest

you are not a pure ecto brah
just cause you were really skinny doesn't mean you have bad genetics...your genetics are okay (decent insertions, frame and bone structure)
