    I hate barbell rows !

today i did barbell rows for the 3rd time and guess i stil hate them, i done pendalay rows, bent over barbell rows, and i still cant feel a squeeze in my upper back.

when i lift the bar i aim it at my lower chest, but my right bicep over powers my left arm so it kinda feel single sided when i lift and this fustrates me more and more . after a set my right arm is feeling it and my left doesnt feel a thing , i dont know man it might too much weight 45 kg but i have a 55kg oh press, 100kg deadlift, 100 kg squat, 73 kg bench press. so i dont know man should i ditch rows and place in hang cleans instead or pull ups ??

start again with a light weight and focus on form, squeezing your upper back.

stick with the rows, they are a great exercise. Its not as simple as pulling a bar to your chest. Contract your lats for about a second then continue to the next rep.

Youtube some videos and check form. They really are a staple if you want a strong back.
