    brb having trouble finishing a meal at a commercial/chain restaurant
    brb gaining 30-40+ lbs and not looking like I even lift with a shirt on (or off)
    brb never being able to wear a watch
    brb never telling anyone I lift
    brb being afraid to have protein delivered to my dorm because of not wanting to carry a box labeled "BODYBUILDING.COM" up to my room

    wtf everything you said has nothing to do with being ecto and your second point isnt even valid. itll take forever to gain those 30-40lbs and after you do you will look like you lift no matter what besides your body frame being smaller. your ecto metabolism would help you look ripped too

    It's because I weighed less than a petite girl. Now I weigh as much as a petite guy. (no homo). I admit I don't always eat enough. If I were to gain 30-40 more pounds, I'd definitely look like I lifted.

    I agree, I drink a tall glass of milk with each meal to help get calories in. Also measure out your brown rice/pasta so you know your getting enough.

    Girls like that collarbone. Just keep it up man, ecto's look better once they get some size. I tend to look much more impressive than guys who outweigh me. My buddy is about 10lbs heavier than me and lifts about the same in most lifts, I'm still the one people use as a reference to "some jacked guy" when we're out talking to people. Lol, I know only 175lbs. Tis true, tis true.

    If it really bothers you, get to your natural limit over the next two years and do a mild h-drol cycle. Really, if you give it two years and a PH cycle, you'll be looking better than 90-95% of people.
