    Thickening pecs

Does anyone know of a program that can transition my chest from the picture of myself below to the picture of this celebrity?

Chest development is about pushing as much weight as possible.

    What are benching now?

Aim to double it, and you will have a well developed chest.

search GST on workouts. Growth Strength Training is a really good program which has different rep ranges for strength AND growth. It can be used for beginners/intermediates/experienced people and I've seen some good gains in all of my body parts (quads, chest, arms and back) haha pretty much everything.

    Don't forget to eat though!

Thanks for the input everyone : ) I'll apply your advice throughout the summer/school year and hopefully I'll see some gains.
