Bby tricks again. Might have to start working out early AM before the sun.
My wife pointed out that I have accidentally crossfit. I am at peace with it. I think I am simply better suited towards endurance rather than raw strength. I have been ~25 lbs heavier than I am now and not really any stronger or healthier.
