Started doing everything per minute, so 30 sets of 1 or 2 exercises in 30 minutes. Seems like I can get my numbers / 30 minutes higher that way. Maybe shoot for 300 / 30 for a bit.
01/07/06 - Quit Drinking. 03/15/08 - Quit Smoking.
06/01/09 - At 118lbs, started lifting, intarweb fasting, and crab backtraced cycling.
