    insanity and lifting

I'm a hockey player and am thinking about starting the insanity workout to try to improve my conditioning and agility i thought about doing p90x but i am already lifting 6 days a week on a program from my team... what are peoples thoughts on the insanity workout? also what are some other good things you guys have done in the past to improve speed and agility?

I do insanity and lift. though its 3 days lifting 3 days insanity. Insanity will wear ur ass out so you may not get as good a lifting workout with insanity on the same days. I have noticed my agility and endurance improved greatly, but i was a fatass before that so naturally that is the case. overall i would recommend insanity atleast a few days a week if you want to keep a 6 day lifting routine
