i know what your say, i rarely work arms, and mine are pretty decent, chest and back exercises work them enough.

Just goes to show you that your arms don't really need that much iso work to grow. They get worked plenty with rows, deadlifts, presses, etc... all these cats blabbering about the OP being black probably do endless sets of curls, tri pulldowns, etc... but the jake's on them.
