I'm 5"6 155lbs and started out at 180lbs~. my diet consists of about 1500 cals, a little over
40g's of fat, about 100g's of carbs and over 150g's of protein. I think I've lost enough weight
to actually bulk up. That's just me though maybe you could give me a better option. anyways, i'll post pics if needed. i made it this far by just cardio and lifting. I dont know
what Bulking means or how to change me diet to it. I know it means getting bigger or eating
more. Someone suggested i should bulk though. thanks.

1500 cals is nowhere near enough to bulk.
Try 3000 cals, good staring numebr for 165lbs.
1-1.5g/lb protein
0.4-0.5g/lb fat
