So we have all had "smelly people" in our lives. I am not a smelly person by any means, most days I shower twice (once after the gym, and once in the morning before work), as well as always using soap and deoderant. My issue isn't with smelling bad because I rarely do, however As of lately I have noticed that I have been sweating a lot, and am wondering if it is due to any of the suppliments I have been taking lately. I realized this is an issue when I went back to my wrestling class and nobody wants to wrestle with me because a couple minutes in, I am drenched in sweat. I used to laugh at this other kid who would be sweating profusely just about 6 months ago (karma).
Current supps are as follows:
omega 3 fish oils (one with breakfast)
NO-Xplode (1 scoop a day pre-workout, 5 days a week)
generic vimatin world mutli-vitamin (taken twice daily)
whey protein shake twice a day (once in the morning, and once after workout with a teaspoon of micronized creatine in it).
my diet is pretty clean, high proteins moderate carbs.. I don't calorie count or anything crazy. i'm 6'6 230ib's. Any advice?
