I am more of a powerlifter but I am currently trying to lose weight. I was at one point around 275 but am currently around 245. As I have never done a cut I was wondering how much stength loss is reasonable to expect with a 30 lb loss? Bench has dropped about 30 lbs, Deadlift hasn't dropped at all, and squat has lost about 30 lbs.
