ideal weight for someone 6'3 who lifts?

Being tall its hard to fill out and was just wondering when you guys think someone 6'3 would start looking "big"? I was thinking at around 220 but not sure. Haven't seen a lot of pics of tall bodybuilders.

Lol dude, that's a good question for me too (I'm 6'3" @ only ~183lbs). About a month before summer I might have been as light as 174lbs. I'm trying to get up to 200lbs. by the end of summer. I think 'big' for a 6'3" guy is ~225lbs. Personally I can't ever see myself wanting to weigh any more than that, but a lean 225lbs. would be badass.
However, John Cena is 6'1" @ 240lbs., and he's strong as hell though; that's for sure.

I was wondering the same thing. I'm 6'3" and I usually weigh 187 ish. I'm shooting for a lean 210, maybe 220. It's starting to get hard though. My friends all tell me I look huge, but I don't believe em'. Maybe it's cause I gots skinny legs.

My last weigh-in had me at 6'1", 205lbs (Weight gain can be blamed to having like four slices of pizza and three full bowls of ice cream for 3 or so days a week the past two weeks...whoops lol) and I still don't look fat. Still, though, I think it depends on the individual.

    215-220 sounds good, though.

depends on bone structure, density, etc...I'm naturally small (began lifting at 6'2 145) and at 190-200 I look pretty big and around the size of most people 6'2 210-215...

I'm 6'2 215 but I am not all that big. A majority of my weight is in my legs due to playing hockey for 11 years. For 6'3 I'd say 220-230 would be pretty big

I'm 6'4" weighing in 218-226. Everyone says I'm big but I think 250 is where I want to be. Like others said it has to do with bone structure and so on. My chest has got size and I'm strong but my legs aren't where I want em to be.. to answer your question though anywhere from 210-230 is big.
