im 16, 6 foot and 203lbs. i want to lose weight and put on muscle at the same time, I need beginning workouts and i already know what im doing for cardio (interval training). and also what to eat to accomplish my goal, thanks everyone (also some motivation would be good from someone that went through what im going through)
