Water pill for occational bloating?

I am approximately 172 lbs and 6 feet tall with very well defined muscles in my arms and abs. The only problem I am concerned about is occasional bloating in my lower stomach. It is most likely due to my anorexia than I have recovered from two years ago. Fiber supplements certainly make a huge difference, but I was wondering if water pills would be an appropriate solution to this problem. Thanks

Not really necessary. Try adding some asparagus to your diet first, try lowering sodium, and increase your fluid intake. If you do decide to use a pill, make sure to stay well hydrated.

watch the sodium and drink more water for a few weeks first.

if you still have a problem, then consider taking a pill just for those occasions when you need to look your best.
