Like Ive heard that if your 150 lbs, you should have around 100g of carbs post workout. But that just seems like an insane amount! Does it all have to be consumed immediately after? And whats the best source to get them all?

use to eat some oatmeal post-workout...now I ordered Waxy Maize...around 40-50g of carbs a scoop..0 sugar...

I have a pre workout meal that usually looks like honey, oatmeal and a scoop of protein powder... then pre workout I have a cup of fat-free chocolate milk...
