It seems like extra skin or something but my nipples make my whole chest loke way worse then it is. when my nipples are hard my chest looks great but when the aren't it kinda makes my lower chest look like B!tch T!ts. Can anyone one here help me plz?

i got the same thing pal, its called gynecomastia, and 3 out of 5 males have it. working out ur chest will Not just take care of it, or atleast for me. google it and u will find out all u need to know.Originally Posted by killacam519

Are you sure its not excess fat in the lower chest? I think i have this same problem but I think its just excess fat in my lower chest that I need to burn off.

There is a Thin Muscle Just Under the Nipple Areola Skin that flattens puffy nipples when stimulated. When that muscle relaxes, the underlying contour problem again shows through.Originally Posted by killacam519

Your picture look fine, dear OP. You don't have it at all. If you still don't like your nipples, nothing will fix them better than adding another 50 pound to your bench and some weight to your flies or other exercises later.

if it's not gyno, which it more than likely isn't because you would have noticed it long ago, then it's probably just a small deposit of fat.
i get the same thing when my BF% goes up on a bulk but goes away on a cut.
also, i have two friends who have run cycles of testosterone and other compounds the wrong way, and now they both have slight cases of gyno. they both say they can feel a small, hard lump beneath each nipple. do you have that?

I Notice It About 3 Years Ago and Started working out as a hobby nothing serious just recently about 5 months ago I started going to the gym regularly and doing cardio 20 mins after every workout because I thought it might just be body fat % and its just seems to get worse. Ive been doing alot of lower and outer chest exercises but nothing seems to be working its so frustrating that im seriously considering quitting working outOriginally Posted by nick.v

Im not 100% sure but I think it maybe. I also notice that my chest look ok when my nipples are erect. Ive never been A big guy or chubby so I dont understand why. Also one is in a completly different spot then the otherOriginally Posted by VicSoCalRugger
