Been cutting for 6 weeks now, dropped 6ky so im fairly pleased.
Ive continued with my 5 day split, legs back chest off, shoulders, arms off, repeat...
and stayed mainly within the 8-12 rep range. I have lost a bit of strength which i know is normal.
Like i said ive kept my same routine, same exercises etc, lifting as heavy as i can, just with less sets per exercise.
Would you say this is ok, or maybe should i drop down to say 3 or 4 times a week, doing either 3 full body days lifting heavy within the 4-6 rep range to keep strength, or doing a chest / tris / shoulders, back / bis, legs, again wthin the 406 rep range, i dont really want to lose any more strength so i think i should move away from the 8-12 rep range now...
Whatcha think??
