    i workout 6 times a week and do cardio for one hour once

    eat 1900-2000 calories

    carbs are moderate

    Looks like your getting close to seeing top abs right now. Jus keep up w cRdio I'm cutting but not trying to cut fAst ... Jus. 10 min of hiit after weights not losing much weight on scale but losing inches around waist and gaining them in the right places (biceps$

    During the last week since I've began cutting I've dropped my cals to 2000 and 170 protein.

    Try an ECA stack, worked for me before really well. I intend to have abs in 2 months. Please ignore old pic lol

    heard green tea is good too, I lose weight without much cardio, I think my metabolism has always been on like overdrive
