i want to see my top abs in a month or less im like 17% i would say

i workout 6 times a week and do cardio for one hour once
eat 1900-2000 calories
carbs are moderate

During the last week since I've began cutting I've dropped my cals to 2000 and 170 protein.
Try an ECA stack, worked for me before really well. I intend to have abs in 2 months. Please ignore old pic lol
heard green tea is good too, I lose weight without much cardio, I think my metabolism has always been on like overdriveAin't nutin but a peanut
