Would a 10 day split be any good ?

Well..
I think it depends. How long have you been lifting? What does your workout look like now? If you've been at it for a while and have already been through your initial surge of super growth perhaps the 10 day split would work and of course resting your muscle groups is good but I would still favor a 5/6 day split. In conclusion I'll have to say I don't exactly know :/

The Natural One uses a routine even longer than that, though he is doing HIIT cardio on some of the off days.
10 day splits are not the norm, but the body is not a text book so if you want to try it out for a few weeks to see how it does for you go ahead. You are young enough you could do a normal 5 day split and do fine though more than likely.
