lamb/chicken...
is it just lamb blended together then processed etc aswell as chicken?

I think its made from lamb leg, or shoulder, or whatever is cheap.... don't expect lamb fillets in a kebab!

Well hes from melbourne so I'm assuming he is (melbourne kebabs are great)
Oh and the chicken ones are made from chicken thighs, I'm sure about that one.
Just remember to always ask for extra garlic sauce
