Is it possible for me to grow taller?

I am turning 20 in a few months, would it be possible for me to still grow 0.5-1 cm in height?

well it clearly depend on the person. see at what age your dad stopped growing or something..

Sure, there are many ways to increase one's height and most can be done within a couple of hours!

1. The Stretch

Get 2 fairly strong friends, have one grab you by the arms, the other by the legs. Have them then begin walking in opposite directions putting strain on you extremities (not too hard don't want to dislocate anything). Do this for about 30 minutes a day for a week.

2. The Hang

Get your chin up bar and hang on it for about 1 hour a day. Try strapping weights to your ankles to speed up the process.


3. The Hope

Tap your red ruby slippers together 3 times, and repeat "I wish I was taller". Should to the trick instantly.

Im 6'3 right now, I am 21 years old, and I grew a full inch 2 months ago. Got the stretch marks on my back, and my height to prove it :/
