    I think the benchmark number for DB Bench is any triple-digit DB's. That's the point where you're doing something the average gym-goer stops and watches.

    I hear you. People will critique squat form to no end saying that others don't hit depth, but then they go halfway down with their db bench. I go at least as far as I normally do on barbell bench. I rarely do db bench, though, but I'm going to start adding it in for assistance work on bench day. Might do a few heavy sets sometime. Most I've ever done was 100 for 4 (Almost had 5, but I was shaking like a leaf).

    Not sure what "you" define full rom, but I hit 215 x 2 at 200 lbs when I was bulking and that was from chest to full extent.

    There was a video in the equipment section where some kid bet he could do 125 db's x 8 and then immediately the same with bent over rows. He killed the bench and cheated on the rows.

    I do 100s for 15-17 on an exercise ball. Haven't had a bench for a month or two picking a new one up this weekend lol. Setting them down is a nightmare. Landlord isn't gonna appreciate the dents in the floor.

    70 are fine. You'll hit 100s in no time. Really isn't a feat at all. 120s+ gets impressive
