ive never seen anyone under 200lbs do full rom with anything over 100 pounds. I do not believe people in this thread
I hear you. People will critique squat form to no end saying that others don't hit depth, but then they go halfway down with their db bench. I go at least as far as I normally do on barbell bench. I rarely do db bench, though, but I'm going to start adding it in for assistance work on bench day. Might do a few heavy sets sometime. Most I've ever done was 100 for 4 (Almost had 5, but I was shaking like a leaf).

I do 100s for 15-17 on an exercise ball. Haven't had a bench for a month or two picking a new one up this weekend lol. Setting them down is a nightmare. Landlord isn't gonna appreciate the dents in the floor.
70 are fine. You'll hit 100s in no time. Really isn't a feat at all. 120s+ gets impressive
