    Taking on Anabolic Innovations - The Swole Stack!

    Thanks to Anabolic Innovations I will be logging "The Swole Stack"
    I already logged TestoPRO and Stocked, but I never used them together in a stack, in addition to that I will be running Glycobol.
    This is going to be a 1 month log because I'll be taking 2 pills of each in a morning and evening. Glycobol with breakfast and dinner. Stoked and TestoPRO will be taken as first thing in the morning and before I go to bed at night.

    In order to bring to the supplement industry a straight to the point, and HIGHLY effective testosterone booster, Anabolic Innovations presents TestoPRO™.

    What is so special about TestoPRO™? Well for starters, it contains an ingredient that had been clinically suggested to raise testosterone, in humans! What is this ingredient you ask? It is nothing else but Testofen™.

    Testofen™ is an extract of fenugreek seed containing the steroidal saponins, sapogenins and furostanol saponins , which are important precursors for the synthesis of a number of sex hormones. This extract has been suggested in human studies to raise free testosterone (the biologically active form). Just as important, not only does Testofen™ boost free testosterone, but it also aids in fat loss. This confirms muscle mass build up during the study while skin fold decrease took place.

    Trans-Resveratrol - This compound is like sliced bread to the supplement industry. There are many different health benefits to come from resveratrol, but we picked it up for one in particular. Resveratrol is capable of modulating estrogenic receptors as well as controlling aromatase, giving it that One Two Punch for healthy and normal estrogen control.

    Horny Goat Weed - Horny Goat Weed (HWG) is a great source of the testosterone mimetic, Icariin. Research on Icariin has shown it to support circulating testosterone levels as well as support healthy reproductive organs, making it a great therapeutic for hypoandrogenic states. On top of the testosterone mimetic capabilities of icariin, it also has some very interesting metabolites. In vivo research has shown icariin to metabolize into icaritin and desmethylicaritin. What's great about these guys is the fact that (like resveratrol) are very strong estrogenic receptor antagonists.

    Quercetin & Piperine - Icariin and Resveratrol do not have the greatest bioavailablity in all the land so we gave them a little help with Quercetin and Piperine. Quercetin is used because it is the most potent natural inbitor of estrone sulfanase which degrades compounds like resveratrol. This makes aids in absorption. Piperine is another addition because it enhances the ability of your intestines to absorb nutrients and phytochemicals. Additionally, piperine may also inhibit the glucuronidase enzyme, another enzyme which degrades resveratrol.


    Glycobol

    Glycobol works, not like typical muscle gainers, but primarily by its ability to mimic and boost insulin. On its own, insulin is a powerful growth peptide, but it also plays a critical role in the action of androgens. Just like insulin, androgens are another fundamental class of endocrine hormones. Studies suggest that androgens fail to sustain a positive muscle nitrogen balance in the absence of insulin, emphasizing the critical role of insulin as a potential limiting factor to the anabolic capacity of androgens. Therefore, Glycobol could be combined with any of the commercially available androgens to optimize and exaggerate gains by its essential synergistic contribution.

    so this is how I am going to do this


    diet
    6-7 meals a day, consisting of 3 big meals and 3-4 snacks.

    meals will be different from day to day, however breakfast is always eggs, oat meal, banana and glass of milk.

    Snacks will vary too. Some will be protein shake and banana or bagel and other will be chicken and banana or bagel.

    Before bed time snack is always cottage cheese.

    My urine/pee stinks really bad. Kind of like when you eat a lot of asparagus.

    I'll be going to the gym tomorrow and the Swole stack should be fully absorbed into every cell of my body by tomorrow.

    day 3

    Alright so today is day 3 and it was my first workout with the Swole Stack

    Here are the things that I noticed outside of the gym
    My urine doesn't stink as much any more
    However now I have some bloating and gas, but not too bad.
    Also I have green poos now.
    I guess in order to look like hulk I have to crap like hulk first lol. Green poos is common when you take a lot of
    plant based products. I know for the fact that when you take Chlorophyll pills, your poo turns green.


    Anyway my first workout with the Swole Stack

    Today I did chest and back.

    I woke up today and took TestoPRO and STOKE with a glass of cold milk.
    Then I consumed 2 servings of oatmeal and banana to get those carbs in for Glycobol.
    That is also when I took Glycobol. I also ate 5 eggs for protein with only 2 yolks for fat.

    Flat barbell bench - 4 sets of 10-3reps. This is the first day I started going free weight bench again,
    so the wieght and reps I used today will be the base line.
    Incline dumbbell bench -4 sets of 12-4 reps. last week's top weight was 90lbs for 4 reps.
    Today with the swole stack I was able to get 95lbs for 4 reps.
    Hammer chest machine - 4 sets 10-5 reps. started this machine today, so this is a base line - 260lbs for 5 reps
    Cable cross over - 2 sets of 6-12reps
    Pullups - 9, 6, 4,. I was able to do one extra pullup on my first set.
    Pulldown - 2 sets of 8-10 reps.
    Pulldown machine - 2 sets of 6 reps with 230lbs weight.
    hammer row machine - 3 sets of 10-8 reps. Base line is 250lbs for 8 reps.
    Barbell row - 3 sets of 10-6 reps.
    Cable row - 2 sets of 10-9 reps.
    Low back machine - 5 sets of 10 reps. Base line is 290lbs for 10 reps.

    I also did some abs but I never count the sets/reps or weight. It was about 5 sets of 20-10 reps.

    So today's workout was great. I was establishing base line for many exercises,

    Green Stools

    Green stool can be caused a few different things, increased bowel motility and food colorings (IE, grape Crystal Lite) being two.
    In this case, it's more likely to be from the following:

    Berberine increases bile flow, thus it also cleans out the liver. If the stools are darker for a few days,
    it likely means mild preexisting biliary obstruction. The green color means it's getting expelled. Once stools
    resumes normal color (a week or two at the most I'd think), you know your liver is back in a healthy relationship
    with your gall bladder. If you do not get this side effect, it means your liver was already in good shape. Dark
    stools are not a concern for liver issues, it's very light stools that are cause for concern.

    day 4

    Today I'll try to do some cardio

    Recovery Some chest and back soreness, but nothing major. You can tell by the volume of my
    workout that chest and back would be very sore, but they don't feel that bad.
    first rating for recovery is 6 out of 10.

    Sleep Nice deep restful sleep , just still hard to wake up in the morning.

    mood I am still good. no changes

    Hey thanks for taking time to read the log, and for all the support and compliments... Since I started using cycle support I have noticed improvements in prostate and hope to see some marked improvement in absorbing nutrients and herbs. I found that constant cycling of herbals does take a toll and that you don't have to be using synthetic products to need support, or to benefit from using support supplements. I don't know why more have not clued in on this before.

    I am sure when you find that time to prep you'll do very well on stage. Once you get the first couple under your belt it gets easier and you learn so much.

    Keep up the good work. Good job doing the weights and good job getting in cardio. Many guys in the gym lift only , and do minimal cardio. I am convinced cardio is important year round for overall health.

    yeah I am sure once I get more experience I'll be smarter and it will be easier. I have a friend who's done a lot of competitions, so he is going to help me.

    I am trying to do a lot of cardio, I want that nice 6 pack. Plus I don't want to put Swole stack to waste, but rip all the benefits of it. If it helps me to get lean then I'll work hard to support that.

    day 5-6

    Day 5. I was planning to go to the gym, but my fiance and I went to shop for
    furniture for our new place and that took a whole day.



    Day 6.
    Today I did shoulders and triceps.

    Barbell press - 4 sets of 6-10 reps
    Dumbbell press - 4 sets of 4-10 reps.
    Hammer press - 3 sets of 6-10 reps.
    Cable press - 3 sets of 10-12 reps.
    rear lats with cable - 3 sets of 10 reps.
    Barbell curl - 3 sets of 8-10 reps.
    Dumbbell curl - 3 sets of 8-10 reps.
    Rope curl - 3 sets of 10-15 reps.
    EZ-bar curl - 2 sets of 10-13 reps.
    Rope pressdown - 3 sets of 10-12 reps.
    Straight bar press down - 4 sets of 8-15 reps.
    Machine triceps extensions - 3 sets of 7-10 reps.
    Dips - 2 sets - 10-12reps.

    Today was a good workout. Pump was insane, but no strength gains.

    Strength 2 out of 10. wasn't able to increase the weight on any of my lifts today

    Sleep I had great deep sleep, and waking up today wasn't hard.

    I have great energy in the gym and I feel very alpha male like. I feel like a mass monster when I lift with Swole stack, yet I don't feel more aggressive or irritated.
