My chest has been at a plateau since the day I started training! I cant seem to make it grow.
Here is my routine:
Flat bench - 5x10
Decline - 5x10
Incline -5x10
Dumbells on a flat bench - 7x7
Dumbell flies - 5x8
Then I ussually finish with pushups or the pec deck.
I have been benching 185 for ages, my friends claim its because I have long ass arms. But I don't think it should matter if I train hard and right.
Suggestions bros?

Flat bench -5x7
Incline 5x7
Dumbell (flat) 5x7
Push ups (close, wide, regular) 10 reps of each
And do the last 2 sets of everything to failure?
Sound good?
Edit: pothead93, I never think genetics is an excuse. I think that if I train hard enough I'll grow. This has been going on for about a year though lol

If you plateau, you have to change something you're doing... how much or what you're eating or your routine. Since you weigh a good amount, I'd say your routine. I'd recommend less sets, less reps, more weight. Maybe try your negatives slower and more controlled. I'm still progressing and this is all I'm doing for chest -
3x5 BB Bench
3x5 DB Bench.
